Thanks to our combined 20 years of experience in this industry, we have access to numerous factories and suppliers with different price ranges getting our clients competitive rates. In order to work together we would source and supply furniture, lighting and accessories. Please let us know you would be ok to go down this route?

What is your investment for the room(s)/ whole project?
There’s no “one-size-fits-all” budget for designing a home. Budgets rely on critical information such as the size of the room, the quality & brands of furniture required, and the specific pieces/amount of furniture you’ll need to purchase.
For us, the budget generally depends on the overall value of your home. As a general rule of thumb, we suggest allocating about 7-10% of the home's value for interior design expenses. This will give you a design with Mid-Range products. If you're looking for "Designer" level finishes, we recommend budgeting about 25% of the home's overall value.
We know that sounds like a lot of money, keep in mind that we will always keep your bottom line in mind and are constantly looking for the best available products in your budget.
